Privacy and Security

This policy explains how Community Wellbeing North Canterbury Trust collects ‘personal information’, how that information is stored, secured and handled, and what rights you have in relation to that information, and retrieving or deleting your information.

This policy does not apply to pages or sites hosted by other organisations whom Community Wellbeing might work with, or that our sites may link to. It only applies directly to sites owned or run by Community Wellbeing.

It’s important to us that your experience with our website and our digital platforms is safe, transparent and understandable, and protects your rights to privacy

By providing Community Wellbeing with your personal information, you accept this privacy policy and authorise us to collect, store and process your information in the ways outlined in this policy.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with our website. You may set your web browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, or to disable cookies altogether.

Payment details

Community Wellbeing does not permanently store your credit card or banking details.

Our donation page uses a third party payment processor supplied by Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment handling services (see Stripe processes payments using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the internet in a way that is designed to prevent unauthorised parties from intercepting data communications.
